What's the Plan?
Every young person carries abilities the future will need. Our responsibility is to help them discover those abilities before the world demands them.
The idea is to assist parents and teachers of struggling teenagers. And the learners themselves, too.
We help them go from being frustrated and overwhelmed by academic and everyday life issues ... to seeing them become responsible, balanced, and motivated students.
This transformation allows teachers and parents to nurture their teenagers into successful, enthusiastic young adults.
How do we do this?
I think we should stop asking: "How do we fix teenagers?" and start asking: "How do we become the kind of adults who can recognise, awaken, and direct extraordinary potential?"
